Globe and Mail learns to Think Salmon

On Monday, July 2, the Globe and Mail’s BC columnist Mark Hume wrote a flattering article on the Pacific Salmon Foundation and our own project, Think Salmon.

Hume did a great job of covering the ongoing efforts of the PSF at the grassroots levels to save salmon and salmon habitat, then shifted to focus on the larger Fraser Salmon and Watersheds Program (FSWP), which counts Think Salmon as a key component.

Think salmon.

If Paul Kariya has his way, that phrase will be heard a lot in British Columbia over the next few years. He believes that if he can get enough people thinking salmon, the next step - saving salmon - will be a lot easier.
