Think Salmon public launch at Rocky Mountaineer Station

Community: Fraser Valley

Tuesday, March 20th is the official launch of Think Salmon!

Would you like to join us? We’d love to have you along. Here are the details of the launch.

The BC Minister of the Environment, Barry Penner, will be there along with Chief Ernie Campbell of the Musquem Nation and the Think Salmon team.

We’ll be collecting your salmon stories and trading them for Think Salmon gear. Contact us for an invitation!

What is Think Salmon?

Think Salmon is about inspiring individuals and organizations to contribute to the best possible conditions and environment for British Columbia’s Pacific salmon. If we all play a part in helping salmon to thrive, we protect beautiful BC for future generations.

Who’s part of Think Salmon?

You, me, we all are. If you care about the world we live in then you’re ready to start to Think Salmon.

And we’re not alone. We have a great group of Partners to help us out. We have people thinking about salmon, learning about their connection to salmon and acting to create sustainable salmon habitats. We have salmon heroes.

Collecting salmon stories

So are you ready to Think Salmon? If not you, then who? If not now, then when?

Check out our salmon stories and share you own story.

Don’t have a salmon story? Are you sure? What’s the first thing you think of when you hear the word ‘salmon?’ That could be your salmon story. A recipe, a fish story, a story you heard from someone else and remembered—all of those are salmon stories.

Connect with Think Salmon

We’re always looking to connect and extend the Think Salmon community. Want to make a connection? Get in touch. Leave a comment. We’ll start the conversation.
