Only rain down the drain

Yellow fish by a storm drain

Adam convinces his parents and neighbours not to let cleansers and other toxins go down the storm drains.  When Stream of Dreams came to his school, he learned that the yellow fish is a warning: toxins in the drain may harm fish in nearby streams!
