Rochester Elementary students in Coquitlam have been thinking about salmon.Students at Rochester Elementary School in Coquitlam created a beautiful sockeye salmon fence during their Stream of Dreams project. Adams River Sockeye Salmon Stories
Every year during September and October, sockeye salmon return to the quiet banks of the Adams River to spawn and to die. The journey is 405 km (251 miles) inland from the Pacific Ocean.
